We want you to be fully satisfied with the merchandise you purchase from us, you may return the merchandise within 30 days from the day merchandise was received. You may receive a full refund, exchange the item or receive in-house credit good for any future purchase. In order to receive this full refund, exchange or receive in-house credit, we require that the returned merchandise be in complete and original condition*. You will be responsible for shipping costs and any applicable insurance costs in returning the merchandise**.

If you are not satisfied with the item, please do the following...

Send an email to with the following information -

1.Name of the product you ordered.

2.Order Number (in your Invoice)

3.Your reason for returning it.

4.What you will like us to do - replace the item or issue you a refund**

We will respond within 24 hours with the instructions on how to return the merchandise to us.

Note:* - No refunds or exchange can be made on damaged or unusable packing.

Note: ** - minus shipping and handling fees.

We are unable to accept merchandise after 30 days.

Their is a restocking fee of 20% on none defective merchandise.
